Our Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar does not underfo the cooking and barrel aging of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The result is a Crisp vinegar with a touch of Sicilian lemon reminiscent of handcrafted vinegars from Northern Italy.  Mixes with flavored oils to make a light, tart vinegrette.
