Made from White Trebbiano Grapes, Our peach white balsamic does not undergo the cooking and barrel process = of Balsamic Vinegar of Modeno. The resutl is a crisp vinager with a touch of sweetness, reminiscent of handcrafted vineagrs from Northern Italy. Mixes with flavored EVOO's to make a light, tart vinaigrette.
